Recovery Alive at Connect City Church is a Signature Ministry of Recovery Alive, Inc. and is a Christ-centered recovery ministry for anyone seeking freedom from life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Recovery isn’t just for addiction—it’s for all of us. Whether you are struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, anger, grief, codependency, broken relationships, past trauma, or simply feel stuck, you don’t have to walk through it alone.

Every Thursday night at 7:00 PM, we gather in a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can come exactly as you are. Our Thursday night service includes powerful worship, real stories of hope and transformation, and practical biblical teaching centered around the Christ-centered 12 Steps.

After our large-group gathering, we break into gender-specific People Groups, where you can connect with others, share what you’re walking through, and experience the kind of authentic community where healing happens.
Recovery Alive, we believe that Jesus is the source of our healing, community is essential to our recovery, and no one should have to recover alone. Whether this is your first step toward recovery or you’ve been walking this road for years, there is a place for you here.

Young and Alive

Young & Alive is a Christ-centered recovery group for middle and high school students where they can find hope, healing, and freedom through Jesus Christ.
Each week, students gather for POWER GROUP, where they learn about the 12 Steps through powerful Step Talks, Recovery Stories, worship, teaching, games, and time together.
After Power Group, students move into PEOPLE GROUPS, creating a safe place to talk about the real struggles they are facing. Through the weekly Core Question, students are encouraged to share honestly, support one another, and learn how to apply biblical truth and the 12 Steps to their lives.
People Groups are led by boundary-equipped adult leaders and Leaders-in-Training (LIT) who help create a safe, encouraging, and Christ-centered environment.
Young & Alive is a place where students can be real, be heard, build healthy relationships, and discover that no struggle has to be faced alone. There is hope, healing, and freedom in Jesus Christ.

Recovery Marriage

Recovery Marriage at Connect City Church is a Christ-centered ministry designed to help couples strengthen, heal, and restore their marriage through Jesus Christ, biblical truth, and the principles of recovery.
Marriage can be one of God’s greatest gifts, but it can also be hard. Hurt, resentment, poor communication, broken trust, past trauma, financial stress, intimacy struggles, and the pressures of everyday life can slowly create distance between two people who once felt inseparable.
You don’t have to wait until your marriage is falling apart to fight for it.
Recovery Marriage provides a safe and encouraging environment where husbands and wives can have honest conversations, identify unhealthy patterns, learn practical tools, and begin working toward greater connection with one another and with Christ.
Whether your marriage is hurting, healing, or simply ready to grow stronger, there is a place for you.
We believe marriages can heal. Trust can be rebuilt. Communication can change. Forgiveness is possible. And when Christ becomes the foundation, two people can begin building something stronger than what they had before.
